以承接会议服务为主,全方位提供与会议接待相关的各项服务。
1)会址选择:
根据主办方要求,推荐相应城市、相应位置、相应星级的会址酒店三家供主办方挑选,并陪同实地考察酒店;
2)分发会议通知:
为了及时有效分发会议通知,将派专人粘、封、寄发会议通知,以最短时间达到最快的工作效率;
3)收集参会代表回执:
寄发会议通知一周后,开始成立会议回执收集组,以电话形式与参会单位逐一联系,迅速反馈收集的信息(住房、参会人数、会议内容等),使主办方提前了解会议的规模、层次及地域。最大程度的缩小空房损失的危险比率;
4)会议签到:
